Supply and installation of a 1,000 A Canalis busbar trunking system, maintenance of a 2,000 A busbar and replacement of the disconnect switches in the Paint shop substation.
The starting point
In an automotive plant like Ford’s in General Pacheco, the electrical distribution of every area has to work without failures, and any intervention must be coordinated with production.
What we did
- We supplied and installed a 1,000 A Canalis busbar trunking system.
- We replaced the disconnect switches in the Paint shop electrical substation.
- We carried out maintenance on a 2,000 A busbar trunking system.
The result
The Paint shop with its electrical distribution renewed and its substation upgraded, with works planned to minimize interference with plant operations.
