Compressed air system maintenance

Compressed air is one of the most expensive forms of energy in a plant. We find where it is lost, what it costs and what is worth fixing first.

  • Free initial survey
  • Assessment of system losses and efficiency
  • Quantification of wasted energy
  • Improvement plan prioritized by economic and financial impact
  • Implementation of the improvements, including leak repair
  • Installation and configuration of the SIGER remote metering system
  • Preventive maintenance and periodic verification of savings

Free initial survey
We visit the plant, review compressors, the network and points of use, and tell you whether there is savings potential before you invest.
An assessment with numbers
We detect leaks and efficiency losses, and quantify the wasted energy and what it costs per year.
Implementing the improvements
We carry out the actions in the plan, starting with those with the greatest economic impact: leak repair and adjustments to compressors, the network and points of use.
Follow-up with SIGER
We monitor the system remotely to verify the savings, detect new losses and sustain the results over time.
